Jazz Manouche Trio

Jazz Manouche music, also known as Gypsy Jazz or Hot Club Jazz, originated from guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stephane Grappelli, both being members of the jazz group "Hot Club de France" (1943 - 1948). Influenced mainly by this unique genre of music, Ballon Rouge enjoys performing live and playing swing, bossa nova, waltz and Latin music.

Selmac guitars

Selmer - Maccaferri acoustic guitars originated in Europe. They were designed by the Italian luthier Mario Maccaferri and by the French company Selmer (1932 - 1952). Construction-wise they are "hybrid" guitars, as it is a combination of archtop and classical guitar.
